Dezhou Fulu Vehicle Co.,Ltd in China, is located in the Economic Development Zone of Lingxian County, with a registered capital of 186million yuan and a total investment of 1.5 billion yuan. Covering an area of 584000m2 and a building area 283000m2, we have more than 1,700 employees, including more than 180 engineers and technicians, 130 of whom have senior and intermediate technical titles.
Fulu has stamping center, welding workshop, sheet metal workshop, seat workshop, machine tooling workshop, painting workshop, assembly workshop and other auxiliary facilities. The main production equipments are: 2 group welding production lines, 1 electrophoresis automatically programmed production line, 1 automatic painting assembly line, 3 general assembly lines, and 720 sets of modern machining and testing facilities, with an annual output of 150,000 tricycle boxcars, tricycle / four-wheel electric cars. The stamping center, set up in July 2010, has two fully automatic CNC production lines, automatic plasma cutting machines, 1600T hydraulic press, 63T punches and other modern industrial equipment. The welding workshop has three automatic CNC production lines. The welding production line adopts fully CNC automatic welding fixtures to realize automatic and standard flowing work. The painting workshop has an automatic electrophoresis production line, an automatic water-suspended high-temperature production line of automotive finish. The automatic electrophoresis spray ensures that parts are resistant to corrosion and salt spray, and have a longer service life. The high temperature finish makes the products appearance bright, plump, tough and delicate. The assembly workshop adopts miniature automotive lifting line and national standard testing line for performance of finished cars. The automotive lifting line improved production efficiency, reduced labor intensity and ensured product quality.
Fulu started long-term strategic cooperation with America ZAP, KDS and Zhuhai INPOWERCAR in optimizing and upgrading controlling systems of electric cars in 2005. And in 2010, Fulu started comprehensive cooperation with universities and research institutes like Tongji University, Renmin University of China, China Automotive Technology Center and China Car Quality Inspection Center. As its business develops, its production efficiency, quality stability, storage of finished goods and business management all need to be improved. Therefore, to improve its overall competitiveness, Fulu managers decided to introduce Lean project in 2010. In April 2011, Fulu and Zhuhai National-level Automotive Design Company co-established Dezhou Aidifu Electric Car Co., Ltd. beginning a new mode of cooperation between a car business and a scientific research institute. All the products of Fulu are made in line with the processing standards of stamping, welding, painting and assembly.
Fulu has passed the certifications of CCC by China Quality Certification Center, ISO9001: 2008 Quality Management System, and ISO14000 Environmental Management System by Beijing Air Association Certification Center. In June 2008, it passed the inspection of the Expert Team of Production Accession of the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) and was approved by NDRC as a motorcycle enterprise with independent accession. In 2010, its electric pickups and electric tricycles were EEC and DOT certified.
